Background

I have been a practicing psychologist for nearly ten years. I have worked in corporate psycho education, primary care, college counselling centres and private practice. A mom of three, I move around a lot as a military spouse. I am a Cognitive Behavioural therapist trained with the Feeling Good Institute. I love to travel, cook and read.
