The Master of Arts in Leadership, Theology and Systems (MALTS) is a 42-credit hour (14-course) graduate degree designed for emerging and experienced leaders who want to deepen their impact in churches, non-profits, mission organizations, schools, or for-profit businesses.

Whether you’re a pastor navigating staff development, a nonprofit director managing organizational change, or a business leader wanting to lead with virtue and vision—this program provides both the theological foundation and practical leadership skills to do it well.

Admission Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.5 from an accredited institution is required.
  • Degrees from non-accredited institutions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you are 28 years or older and do not have an undergraduate degree, you may still be eligible for admission as a mature student.

  • Mature students can begin by completing the Certificate of the Seminary, which can be applied toward the MALTS degree.

The program consists of 42 credit hours (14 courses) and can typically be completed in 2 to 3 years, depending on your pace and schedule.
