At a Glance
The Briercrest Seminary Leadership Certification enhances your certified training from external organizations with personalized curriculum to meet graduate-level course standards. Then, add four additional elective courses from the MA Leadership and Management program to make a Leadership Certification.
Leadership Certifications are available in one of these seven areas: Board Governance, Coaching, Design Thinking, Sport Coaching, Men and Women Thriving Together, Developing Emerging Leaders, and Developing Women Leaders. These credits can be used towards Briercrest Seminary’s MA in Leadership and Management.
Length of the Program
The program requires 15 credit hours and can typically be completed in 1 year.
As a consultant I've been able to take the work from class and use it with clients. My clients are always impressed at the theories and models I recommend we apply in their business and most of them are directly from the learning I did at Briercrest.

- If you are 28 years or older and do not have an undergraduate degree, you are eligible for admission as a mature student.

Transferring into the Master of Arts in Leadership, Theology and Systems Program
Your certification credits can be seamlessly transferred into a full degree at no additional cost and with limited paperwork should you decide to do so.
