August 1 Registration for Winter 2026 semester opens on Briercrest Live.
Aug. 25 – 29 First modular courses of the semester begin.
September 3 First day of semester-based in-class and online courses for the fall semester.
October 13 Thanksgiving Day - Statutory Holiday. No classes this week.
November 1 RD 809 SRP and RD 806 Reading Course proposals due for 2026 grads.
  Registration for Spring 2026 semester opens on Briercrest Live.
November 15 Graduation application deadline for students planning to graduate in 2026.
Dec. 15 – Jan. 2 Christmas Break. No classes during this time.

January 5 First day of semester-based in-class and online courses for the winter semester.
Jan. 5 – 9 First modular courses of the semester begin.
March 1 Thesis due or SRP due for students graduating in 2026.
  Thesis preliminary topic approval due for students graduating 2027.
March 6 Last day to reserve grad banquet seats.
March 31 All Graduating Student Concluding Reflections requirements for 2026 graduation must be completed.
  Reading Courses must be completed for 2026 grads.
  CO 800 Counselling Internship to be completed for 2026 grads.
April 1 Registration for Fall 2026 semester opens on Briercrest Live.
April 3 Good Friday (no classes)
April 18 College and Seminary Commencement
May 18 Victoria Day - Statutory Holiday. No classes this week.
May 31 Thesis final proposals due for students graduating in 2027.
